Salary: £13.67 per hour
Permanent, 30 hours per week

sportscotland Glenmore Lodge is Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, where our aim is to offer world class training in outdoor adventure sports and encourage more people to enjoy the outdoors more often.
We are currently looking for a casual Centre Assistant to join our Catering and Household Team at Glenmore Lodge, who will be assisting with different duties in the bar, kitchen and housekeeping.
As the Centre Assistant, each day may look different, from serving drinks or food in the bar, keeping cooking and storage areas clean and tidy, or doing housekeeping tasks at the Lodge.
Some knowledge of kitchen health and safety and food hygiene practices would be preferred as you may be asked to assist the Chefs with different tasks including some basic food preparation.
You will also help in looking after our guests; ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and safety so if you have the excellent customer service skills we are looking for, don’t hesitate to apply now!
