Xcite Bathgate is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused, and commercially minded Deputy Manager to support the operational leadership and continued growth of one of West Lothian’s leading leisure facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leisure professional to play a key role in driving operational excellence, increasing participation across our core products, developing community partnerships, and supporting the achievement of business performance targets.
Working closely with the Area Manager, you will help shape the future direction of the venue, lead and develop management teams, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, health and safety, and commercial performance are consistently delivered.
