We are currently looking for a Centre Assistant to join our Catering and Household Team at Glenmore Lodge. You will assist with different duties in the bar, kitchen and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

  • As the Centre Assistant, each day may look different, from serving drinks or food in the bar, keeping cooking and storage areas clean and tidy, or doing housekeeping tasks at the Lodge.
  • Some knowledge of kitchen health and safety and food hygiene practices would be preferred as you may be asked to assist the Chefs with different tasks including some basic food preparation.
  • You will also help in looking after our guests; ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and safety.
