We are seeking an outstanding Head Coach to lead our women’s national rugby team and drive the next phase of performance, culture and international competitiveness.

This is a high-profile leadership role requiring exceptional technical coaching expertise, an understanding of the wider performance system vision, and the ability to build relationships and a strong people-first culture with players, colleagues and stakeholders across both the Women’s National Team and the wider national performance pathway.

We are looking for someone who has:

Significant coaching experience in elite professional or international rugby.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams and multidisciplinary staff.

Strong technical, tactical and strategic understanding of the game.

Clear leadership of a coaching team, with the ability to create alignment, accountability and shared purpose.

A clear commitment to the long-term ambitions of the programme and wider system.

A strong commitment to player welfare, inclusion and high standards of conduct.

An understanding and appreciation of the Scottish rugby environment and identity.

Relevant coaching qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
