Triathlon Scotland is seeking a full-time Pathway Coach to lead the Academy programme and advance the Scottish performance pathway. Based in Stirling, you will develop athletes and coaches, plan high-quality camps and race support, and collaborate with clubs, National Triathlon Centre and partners across the UK.

You will drive educational resources, mentoring and coach development, with regular evening/weekend duties and UK travel to enable athlete progression toward world-class opportunities.
