Scottish Target Shooting is seeking a Pathway Coordinator to support the delivery of the Development Programme, coordinating squad activity, calendars, venues and communications. The role focuses on helping athletes navigate the pathway and progress through development environments into the Performance Programme.
The role is 3 days per week, primarily home-based, with optional access to the STS office and travel across Scotland for squad activities and meetings as required.
