The model adds practical capacity where clubs need it most: reducing pressure on volunteers, strengthening day‑to‑day organisation, supporting welfare and inclusion, growing membership and creating more opportunities for shooters, coaches and officials.
The role is employed and supported nationally by STS but delivered locally.
