Life at The Machrie

On Islay, The Machrie embraces all-season island living. Long winters, limited entertainment and few distractions mean rural island life requires appreciation and resilience. Due to our remote location, you’ll need a valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. Team accommodation is available in same-sex residences where possible.
