Passion4Fusion is looking for an enthusiastic and community-focused Club Development Officer to help drive the growth and development of our sports club.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Passion4Fusion at an important stage of our development. Working closely with the club, coaches, volunteers and community partners, you will help turn our Club Growth Plan into action, increasing participation, attracting new members and creating stronger pathways for people of all ages and abilities to get involved in sport.
You will play a key role in increasing participation and membership, developing coaches and volunteers, building partnerships with schools and community organisations, and supporting the delivery of our Club Growth Plan.
We are looking for someone with experience in a sports club or community setting, strong communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for creating opportunities through sport.
