The Opportunity

EMEA represents a significant growth opportunity for Trianz, and this is a direct sales leadership role with full commercial accountability for EMEA. You will build and lead the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the number: Full P&L accountability for EMEA direct sales
  • Build the pipeline: Develop and execute direct sales strategy targeting
  • Land enterprise customers: Drive sales deals for Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail.
  • Leverage cloud provider relationships: Work with cloud provider account teams and funding programs (MAP) to accelerate deal velocity
  • Create market presence: Execute summit events across EMEA cities, CIO/CTO roundtables, and targeted demand generation
  • Build the team: Recruit and develop enterprise account executives, solutions consultants, and sales operations
  • Coordinate delivery: Work closely with Trianz delivery leadership and emerging partner ecosystem to ensure flawless customer execution
  • Create reference customers: Build the proof points that enable partner recruitment and global expansion

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 15+ years enterprise software/platform sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Proven track record selling complex transformation solutions (cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, enterprise platforms)
  • Experience building sales teams in EMEA markets—understanding of regional dynamics across the region
  • Executive presence and credibility with CIO/CTO buyers at Fortune 500 enterprises
  • Comfort with ambiguity—this is a build role, not a manage role

Preferred:

  • Cloud ecosystem experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs and funding mechanisms)
  • Background in migrations, data center transformation, or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience selling platform/SaaS solutions with recurring revenue models
