EMEA represents a significant growth opportunity for Trianz, and this is a direct sales leadership role with full commercial accountability for EMEA. You will build and lead the sales organization.
- Full P&L accountability for EMEA direct sales
- Develop and execute direct sales strategy targeting
- Drive sales deals for Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail.
- Work with cloud provider account teams and funding programs (MAP) to accelerate deal velocity
- Execute summit events across EMEA cities, CIO/CTO roundtables, and targeted demand generation
- Recruit and develop enterprise account executives, solutions consultants, and sales operations
15+ years enterprise software/platform sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Proven track record selling complex transformation solutions (cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, enterprise platforms)
- Experience building sales teams in EMEA markets—understanding of regional dynamics across the region
- Cloud ecosystem experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs and funding mechanisms)
- Background in migrations, data center transformation, or cloud infrastructure
