The Opportunity

EMEA represents a significant growth opportunity for Trianz, and this is a direct sales leadership role with full commercial accountability for EMEA. You will build and lead the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the number: Full P&L accountability for EMEA direct sales
  • Build the pipeline: Develop and execute direct sales strategy targeting
  • Land enterprise customers: Drive sales deals for Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail.
  • Leverage cloud provider relationships: Work with cloud provider account teams and funding programs (MAP) to accelerate deal velocity
  • Create market presence: Execute summit events across EMEA cities, CIO/CTO roundtables, and targeted demand generation
  • Build the team: Recruit and develop enterprise account executives, solutions consultants, and sales operations
  • Coordinate delivery: Work closely with Trianz delivery leadership and emerging partner ecosystem to ensure flawless customer execution
  • Create reference customers: Build the proof points that enable partner recruitment and global expansion

Qualifications:

Required: 15+ years enterprise software/platform sales experience with consistent quota attainment. Proven track record selling complex transformation solutions (cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, enterprise platforms). Experience building sales teams in EMEA markets—understanding of regional dynamics across the region. Executive presence and credibility with CIO/CTO buyers at Fortune 500 enterprises. Comfort with ambiguity—this is a build role, not a manage role.

Preferred: Cloud ecosystem experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs and funding mechanisms). Background in migrations, data center transformation, or cloud infrastructure. Experience selling platform/SaaS solutions with recurring revenue models.
