Triangle provides specialist communication services for children, young people and vulnerable adults in a legal setting. We are seeking a full‑time Central Team Administrator with a hands‑on approach to join us as a key member of the business operations team based at our head office in Woodingdean, Brighton. We offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week. Please only apply if you are able to work in office 3 days a week as this is a key requirement of the role.

About the role

The Central Team at Triangle work mostly on our busy and growing intermediary service but this role also serves the other areas of the business (training, forensic interviewing and specialist support). Typical daily tasks include:

  • Overseeing the diary of a team of field based intermediaries, organising their work and travel nationwide.
  • Making bookings with solicitors and the criminal and family courts.
  • Processing new enquiries, usually by email and telephone, quotes and invoicing for work completed.
  • Proof reading and formatting reports destined for use in the criminal and family court.
  • Administrative and telephone support for marketing activities.
  • Supporting the training team with administrative support.

What we are looking for

Triangle is a small business and we need people who are happy to get stuck in. This is a great role for recent graduates looking to expand their skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The nature of our work means things change sometimes hourly so adaptability is a key skill for succeeding in this role. Strong planning and organisation abilities. Ability to build effective working relationships quickly with a wide range of professionals especially in legal contexts. Flexibility, resourcefulness and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be exposed to very sensitive information relating to children and young people who are going through family or criminal court proceedings as either a witness or defendant.

37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday. We are open between 08.30‑17.30 and typically you would cover 08.30‑16.30, 09.00‑17:00, 09:30‑17:30 on a rota basis. We are a flexible workplace and will always consider different working options by request. Free on site parking, annual bonus scheme plus a paid volunteering day each year. Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office per week) and a fun and relaxed office environment. Office located in Woodingdean, Brighton serviced by the local bus routes.
