The Company Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with a renowned Logistics and Warehousing organisation, are looking for a Warehouse Goods In Administrator/Planner, working on a Day Shift 08:00-16:30. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual with experience in Warehouse Administration to join our fast-paced operation. You will have the chance to take real ownership of your role, bring fresh ideas to the table, and make a genuine impact in a forward-thinking logistics environment.

The Role

  • Provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
  • Check and clear receipts on the system and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Receive customer enquiries/orders, process picks, and load them accurately onto the system.
  • Despatch orders on the system and arrange transport.
  • Close out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information.
  • Run reports from the system as required by customers and management.
  • Update and report customer KPIs.
  • Collate accurate information for customer charge reports ready for month-end invoicing.

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse administrative support role.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
