Established recruitment agency, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking for an operative to work at Busy Concrete Product Facility. The role of the Production Operative is to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently to use all time wisely, work efficiently, and work effectively. This position may require the ability to lift heavier loads to complete their job.

Working on a Fixed Shift Rotation of one week - Morning (5:30-14:00) and week two - Lates (14:00-22:30). Specific responsibilities include:

  • Sub-Assembly of Concrete Products and steel rebar.
  • Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products.
  • Machine Operating.
  • Working as Part of a Team.
  • Quality Checks.
  • Completing production Paperwork.
  • Use 5S principles to keep work areas clean.
