- As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be managing the end to end recruitment for Industrial vacancies.
- Servicing a new Contract win, building and maintaining excellent relationships.
- Winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients
- Supporting the current team and management.
- Researching the local market and keeping up to date with market trends.
- Sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking events.
- Maintaining regular contact with workers.
- Advertise on Job boards, Linked In, social media.
- Ensuring high standards of service are met at all times.
- Screen and Interview candidates.
- Matching candidates to vacancies
- Book and attend sales and service meetings with new and existing clients to maximise growth and sales margin.
You will need to be:
- Be an experienced 360 recruiter and ideally have recruited into the industrial sector, be career minded, hard working and driven.
- Have a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle
- Monday to Friday working- with Hybrid working.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Passion and desire to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
