We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team within the clay/brick manufacturing industry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, practical, and comfortable working in a production environment.

After completed initial 12 weeks shift is changing to 5 on 5 off 12 hours, days (6:00-18:00).

Location: Goosegreen Ln, Pulborough RH20 2LW

Pay: £12.71 Per Hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm 12 weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am till 15:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brick cutting to required specifications
  • Brick sticking and assembly
  • Assisting in general production and manufacturing processes
  • Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
  • Keeping the work area clean and safe

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in brick, clay, or manufacturing industries is desirable (but not essential)
  • Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
