We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team within the clay/brick manufacturing industry . This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, practical, and comfortable working in a production environment.After completed initial 12 weeks shift is changing to 5 on 5 off 12 hours, days (6:00-18:00) Location: Goosegreen Ln, Pulborough RH20 2LW Pay: £14.71 Per Hour Job Type: Temp-to-Perm 12 weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am till 15:30 Key Responsibilities: Brick cutting to required specifications Brick sticking and assembly Assisting in general production and manufacturing processes Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail Keeping the work area clean and safe Requirements: Previous experience in brick, clay, or manufacturing industries is desirable (but not essential) Good manual dexterity and physical fitness Ability to work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures What We Offer: Full training provided Stable employment in an established industry Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop skills in traditional brick-making techniques Please note :there is no public transport to work location Contract length: 12 weeks Ability to commute/relocate: ~ Pulborough RH20 2LW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person JBRP1_UKTJ
