The role will also ensure all Machines, Equipment and the Factory Floor are kept in a clean state following the all Production has ceased. Working as part of a small team, full training is given. Production Operative: Shift Pattern: 5 on / 5 off, 5 on / 5 off, 4 on / 4 off Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the role and responsibilities.
