Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking to expand its current workforce due to an increase in workload by recruiting a team of Production Operatives working to Production Targets.
Working 39 hours per week (06:00am - 14:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6:00-13:00). The role is long term on an ongoing basis. This role does involve manual handling and repetitive heavy lifting. Full training and daily team briefs will be given to all. Overtime is available as and when required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. Permanent contracts are available dependent upon performance, punctuality and timekeeping.
Duties include:
- Banding finished products
- Machine operating
- Working as part of a team
- Quality checks
- Filling out paperwork
- Lifting and moving of products (ideal candidate needs to be physically fit)
- Stacking finished products
Full training provided. Work wear provided. Company pension scheme. Free on-site parking.
Also on offer is a £100 retention bonus after 4 weeks continuous service and a further £200 retention bonus after 12 weeks continuous service if 100% attendance is achieved.
