Established Recruitment company is looking to recruit Factory Production Operatives working in a Brick Production factory in Chailey. Operatives will be working on delivering production targets, operating site equipment, stacking pallets, and conducting quality checks on complete products (bricks).
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:45 - 17:30 (39 hours in total). Long-term contracts are available depending on performance, punctuality, and timekeeping.
Please note: must have transport to get to site. Full training is given. Full PPE and workwear are provided.
Duties include:
- Take ownership of your work and support the team.
- Organise and prioritise your daily tasks.
- Operate machinery safely when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
- Support improvement projects and assist production when required.
- Keep your work area clean and well-organised.
- Help update workplace procedures and risk assessments.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent timekeeping, attendance, and flexibility.
- Self-motivated.
- Numerate & literate.
- Team working attitude.
- Ability to also work alone.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High degree of health & safety awareness.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
- Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant.

Hourly Rate: £12.71 plus production bonus up to £100 per week (depending on how well the factory runs).
