Due to major investment into new plant and equipment alongside current and future expansion plans, Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Forticrete, are looking for Production Operatives, manufacturing Cast Stone Products, working to Production Targets, on a Day Shift Pattern of 06:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday, working 40 Hours per week, on an ongoing basis. Overtime is available as and when required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. Potential for role to become Permanent Full training is given. Full PPE and Workwear is provided. Duties include; Making a range of semi dry cast stone products by hand Shovelling mixes into moulds and compacting with dwelt hammer Using various hand tools Machine Operating Working to targets General labouring duties Lifting and Moving of Finished Products – Manual Handling Working as Part of a Team Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment Salary starts at £12.61 rising to £14.70 after successful onboarding Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels) Interviews and Site Tours will be held onsite were you will get the opportunity to discuss the role with the Plant Management, as well as take a tour of the facility and be able to ask questions during that time.
