Due to an increase in workload, Anderton Concrete are looking for Production Operatives, working towards production targets, on an initial shift of 06:00am to 14:00pm (but may return to a working rotating shift pattern 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 in the future), Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week, on an ongoing basis. Overtime is available as and when required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.
Initially, the role involves working on a rework project, but long term will become a machine operating role. The role does involve manual handling. Full training is given. Full-time contracts are available depending on performance, timekeeping and punctuality. Starting salary is £13.25 per hour. Also on offer is a £100 retention bonus after 4 weeks continuous service and a further £200 retention bonus after 12 weeks continuous service (100% attendance).

- Carrying out rework
- Removing finished products
- Stacking and banding
- Loading concrete into moulds and machines
- Machine operating
- Working as part of a team
