Description: Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a renowned Logistics and Warehousing organisation we are looking for Warehouse Operators/FLT Drivers, working Monday to Friday 6:00-14:00 14:00-22:00 Rotating Shifts at their site in Bridgnorth About the role: As a FLT Driver your responsibilities will include auditing/checking of picks , storing products adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and aisle traffic rules, keeping area clean and tidy, moving stock around the warehouse, basic quality inspection and general warehouse duties.
Key
Responsibilities: Safe and Efficient Forklift Operation.
Moving, loading, and unloading goods, using various forklift types, always ensuring the safety of self and others.
Order Picking.
Collecting goods from designated areas and preparing them for despatch in a safe and timely manner using scanners.
Inventory Management.
Assisting with inventory counts, stock takes and maintaining accurate records.
Materials Handling.
Assisting in the safe & efficient movement of materials within the warehouse using the companies WMS and various MHE.
Warehouse Organisation.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Equipment Maintenance.
Checking forklift equipment for faults and reporting any issues.
Adherence to Regulations.
Following health and safety regulations and forklift operating procedures.
Communication Co-operation and Teamwork.
Communicating with team members and adherence to instructions from Shift Managers.
Co-operating with the various other departments withing the warehouse.
What were looking for: Valid In date Forklift Truck Licence.
Experience operating Counterbalance forklifts.
Previous experience in a Fast Paced Warehouse.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Physical ability to handle manual tasks and lifting.
