Triangle Recruitment are recruiting for a FLT Driver/Yard Operative in a busy concrete factory, working on a Double Shift Rotation with hours of 06:00 - 14:00 and 9:30-18:00, Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis.

The role will include working in a busy Stock Yard Warehouse Environment and will include driving a Fork Lift Truck to move Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Loading and Unloading Vehicles. This is a dual role, to include picking and packing of Finished Goods readying for Dispatch. During busy periods, support may need to be given in the Stock Yard. Overtime is available as and when required. Immediate start available for suitable candidates. Permanent Full Time contracts could be available to candidates dependent upon Performance, Attitude, Time Keeping and Punctuality.

Duties include:

  • Picking and Packing
  • Working as Part of a Team
  • Driving FLT
  • Filling out Paperwork
  • Lifting and Moving of Products
  • Loading/Unloading

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Computer skills (training will be given)
  • FLT Counter Balance license
  • Experience in a Fast Paced Environment

Starting salary of £13.45. Also on offer is a £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels).
