We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role will be on a fixed Afternoon Shift 14:00 - 22:00, but will require a 3 week Training Period on a Day Shift 06:00 - 14:00.
The Operative will be working on delivering production targets, operating site equipment, stacking pallets, and conducting quality checks on complete products (bricks). Long time contracts are available depending on performance, punctuality, and timekeeping.
Please note: must have transport to get to site. Full training is given. Full PPE and workwear is provided.
Duties include:
- Take ownership of your work and support the team.
- Organise and prioritise your daily tasks.
- Operate machinery safely when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
- Support improvement projects and assist production when required.
- Keep your work area clean and well-organised.
- Help update workplace procedures and risk assessments.
- Machine operating and cleaning plant at the end of shifts.
- Quality checks.

- Excellent timekeeping, attendance, and flexibility.
