Triangle Recruitment are seeking dedicated and committed Counterbalance Driver to join our clients warehousing team based at their Redditch site. As a Counterbalance Driver your responsibilities will include:

  • Storing products adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and aisle traffic rules.
  • Keeping area clean and tidy.
  • Moving stock around the warehouse.
  • Basic quality inspection.
  • General warehouse duties.

Hours of work are 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 rotation.

Pay: From £13.95

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
