Triangle Recruitment is looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join our busy cast stone manufacturing site in Leicester. This is hands-on, physical work in a production environment, ideal for people who prefer practical jobs and working as part of a team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00 till 14:00. Starting salary £13.45p/h and increasing after training period to £14.37p/h.

The role:

  • Working on production lines towards production targets
  • Operating machinery (full training provided)
  • Manual handling of cast stone products
  • Keeping work areas clean and safe
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Working to daily production targets

  • Good attendance and timekeeping
  • Comfortable with physical, factory-based work
  • Willingness to work shifts (early starts / nights / weekends if required)
  • Previous factory, warehouse, or manual work experience is helpful but not essential
