From £12.71 per hour Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Brick Factory Packer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing bricks and related materials to ensure safe transportation and delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong materials handling skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience working in a warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-quality production process while maintaining safety standards and supporting overall warehouse is a Hands-on role, working in part of a team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05:30am – 14:30pm (with a 13:30pm finish on Fridays) Temp to Perm option for the right candidates Note - There is no Public Transport to get to site for start times, so own transport is essential Key responsibilities: Pack finished products Quality Control Ability to take ownership of the role Hands on Cleaning of machinery and plant Ability to rotor and prioritise your own workload Greasing and oiling of production plant Adhering to health &safety, quality and environmental systems Assist with production when required Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental management Assist in the development of SSOP's and Risk Assessments Qualifications & Experience: Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility Self-motivated Numerate & Literate. Team working attitude. Ability to also work alone. Excellent communication skills. High degree of Health & Safety awareness. Ability to work as part of a team or on your own. Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant. Willingness to undergo further training and development. Previous labour intensive role Starting salary is £12.71 plus weekly bonus up to £200 . Company bonus scheme after 12 weeks service This role is essential for maintaining efficient production flow, ensuring product quality, and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
