The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

The purpose of this role is to build and develop strong candidate and employee relationships to successfully fulfill vacancies in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role will support resourcing activities on national contracts and may require occasional site visits to assist the Contract Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, matching, and placing suitable candidates into vacancies while delivering a high standard of customer service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Candidate Management
    • Source, recruit, match, and place candidates into vacancies
    • Promote and market the features and benefits of available job opportunities
    • Screen candidates via telephone and face-to-face interviews
    • Provide candidates with interview guidance and support
    • Conduct candidate inductions where required
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and workers
  • Client & Service Delivery
    • Deliver services in line with agreed SLAs and exceed client expectations
    • Respond to client requirements efficiently, ensuring vacancies are fulfilled on time and within budget
    • Maintain excellent customer service standards for both clients and candidates
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
    • Understand local labour market conditions and industry trends and communicate potential impacts
  • Recruitment Planning & Administration
    • Assess daily volume requirements, forecasting, and fulfilment needs
    • Assist with recruitment planning and advertising campaigns
    • Produce proposals and recruitment-related documentation
    • Ensure recruitment information and internal systems are fully updated and accurate
    • Deliver administrative support across the business
  • Compliance & Performance
    • Ensure all compliance standards and audit requirements are met
    • Maintain secure and accurate records for compliance purposes
    • Operate within company policies, procedures, and client SLAs
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPI performance
    • Identify solutions to address any service shortfalls
    • Ensure all workers operate in line with company procedures and expectations
    • Escalate issues promptly to management when required

  • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience with a proven track record
