Triangle Recruitment is looking for reliable Factory Operatives to join our busy cast stone manufacturing site in Leicester. This is hands-on, physical work in a production environment, ideal for people who prefer practical jobs and working as part of a team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 6:00 till 14:00. Starting salary £13.45p/h and increasing after training period to £14.37p/h.
The role:
- Working on production lines towards production targets
- Operating machinery (full training provided)
- Manual handling of cast stone products
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working to daily production targets
What we're looking for:
- Good attendance and timekeeping
- Comfortable with physical, factory-based work
- Willingness to work shifts (early starts / nights / weekends if required)
- Previous factory, warehouse, or manual work experience is helpful but not essential
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
