THE ROLE We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded HR Consultant to deliver expert advice across a range of sectors. If you thrive on variety, love solving problems, and want to build meaningful relationships with clients – this role is for you. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and take ownership of a varied caseload. Your day-to-day could include: Developing contracts, policies and procedures Managing complex employee relations cases Designing and delivering engaging training sessions Supporting internal projects and marketing activities Representing us at business events Working with our strategic partners Leading or contributing to team initiatives This is an office-based role that supports team collaboration but involves regular travel to client site (most of which is within the local region), with some flexibility for occasional remote working. Access to a suitable vehicle and a willingness to travel is therefore essential. ABOUT YOU You’re an excellent communicator who builds trust with ease – warm, confident, and professional.
