We’re currently recruiting Team Leaders in Ballymena and Ballyclare areas to support and guide frontline staff in delivering person-centred services. These are key roles where you’ll lead by example, promote best practice, and help ensure high-quality outcomes for the people we support.
What we offer:
- Permanent role, 37 hours
- Competitive salary: Band 3 Level 1 - 4 (£25,683- £26,887 per annum)
- 33 days annual leave (including public holidays)
