The Role

To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour, enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation's core values, customer service standards and customer service guide.

The Package

We are currently recruiting Relief Support Assistants across the following areas:

  • Ballymoney
  • Ballymena
  • Ballyclare
  • Belfast
  • Greenisland
  • Lisburn

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour. Relief work offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for those looking to gain experience, fit work around other commitments, or build a career in health and social care.
