The Role:
To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation’s core values, customer service standards and customer service guide.
The Package:
- Two full-time Support Assistant positions on a 9-month fixed-term contract
- Two permanent 20-hour per week Support Assistant positions
- One permanent full-time Support Assistant position
Please note that this recruitment campaign is not accepting applications for Relief Support Worker roles. Applications are being invited only for the contracted positions listed above. Salary scale is Band 2 Level 1 - 4 (£26,045- £26,335) per annum (pro rata for part time hours).
