We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to remedial works to lived in blocks. You will be responsible for ensuring Triangle staff and all sub-contractors carry out work in a timely and safe manner at site level. Dealing with all matters arising on site. Ensuring all staff and operatives meet H&S regulations. Ensuring Triangle meet all duties in SOW and in line with the programme of works. Carrying out QA and H&S inspections and audits, management reporting. Carry out risk assessments. Support RLO work as required. Updating Triangle database as required. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all activities on site are conducted efficiently and safely, while managing a team of staff to achieve operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, including managing subcontractors, supervising the workforce, and ensuring quality control.
- Health and Safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and material deliveries.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise on site.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the site team, providing guidance and support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, manage resources, and make decisions.
