TrialView is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own quality across our AI platform, focusing first on the React frontend and court-facing artifacts. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build and own the quality systems and test harnesses that enable safe daily releases.
You will lead the quality team, set gates for release, and drive automated and exploratory testing, pairing AI tooling with human judgement to reduce risk in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
