We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to help build TrialView’s pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound activity. This is a frontline role in a growing legal tech startup, suited to someone who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations from scratch, and turning cold accounts into warm opportunities. If you like the rhythm of outbound, are comfortable with email, LinkedIn, and the phone, and want to build a career in B2B SaaS sales within the disputes and litigation space, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Run high-volume, highly targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage litigation and disputes teams.
  • Take ownership of cold outreach, from first touch through to booking qualified meetings and demos.
  • Research target law firms and accounts to personalise outreach and tailor messaging to specific disputes use cases.
  • Follow up persistently and professionally on all outbound and inbound leads to maintain momentum and drive meetings.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and founders to refine target lists, outreach sequences, and messaging based on what’s working.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of outreach activity, responses, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Share learnings from outbound conversations, including objections, common pain points, and competitive insights, to improve future campaigns.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a business development, SDR, or outbound-focused sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal services, or legal tech.
  • Proven comfort with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone, including cold outreach.
  • Resilience and persistence. You’re not discouraged by unanswered emails, voicemail, or rejection.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior legal professionals.
  • Strong interest in legal tech and the disputes market, with curiosity about litigation workflows and trial preparation.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage daily outbound activity and follow-ups.
