About this role TFS Health Science is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects and ensure delivery aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards.

In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, managing risks, and maintaining strong client relationships.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.)Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers Report progress and escalate issues where needed Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses Mentor junior Project Managers when required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment)Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e. g., ICH-GCP)Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Financial and budget management experience Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills What We Offer We provide opportunities for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
