Supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, this client combines technical expertise with a personal approach, offering an excellent environment for ambitious accountants looking to develop their careers.
The role of Accounts Technician will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparing self-assessment tax returns
- Producing management accounts for a varied client portfolio
- Completing bookkeeping assignments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting clients with cloud accounting software, including Xero
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service
- Assisting with a variety of ad-hoc accounting projects as required
For this role you'll have at least 18 months' experience working within an accountancy practice and be fully or part AAT qualified.
You'll be organised, accurate and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to continue learning will all be key to your success in this role.
