Trial Balance are working with a leading accountancy practice, with multiple offices in the region, in their search for a Tax Senior to join their Exeter team on a full-time and permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Chasing of outstanding tax return information
- Completion of tax returns
- Reviewing tax returns
- Sug gesting tax planning ideas on reviewing returns
- Report as necessary for the time of year and chasing managers and directors where appropriate.
- Assist with P11d preparation and completion
- Offer help, support and training to the tax assistants/other support staff as and when required.
- Assist with Probate tax administration.
- Deal with CGT 60-day reporting.
Qualifications
This role would be an ideal fit for a qualified ATT candidate, though consideration will also be given to active ATT studiers and highly experienced non-qualified candidates. An extensive background within a tax function in a practice is essential, and applicants should also have a strong technical tax background.
