Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a well-respected and forward-thinking accountancy practice to source a new Senior Manager, with a focus on Business Services. Joining their Exeter based team, the successful candidate will play a vital part in the day-to-day success of the firm.
So who would this role suit? You must have the confidence and personality to take the leading role in managing and mentoring a dynamic and hard-working team on a day-to-day basis. You will also take on broader business responsibilities to include workflow planning, budgeting and forecasting, networking and business development, as well as seeking opportunities to offer additional services to your clients.
Of course, as an experienced Manager/ Senior Manager within practice, you will already have strong technical competence in all areas of statutory accounting and tax compliance backed up by ACA or ACCA qualifications. This role will offer you the chance to vastly broaden your horizons as a trusted business advisor to your client base, with the opportunity to take a lead role in a varied and interesting caseload of commercial assignments.
