Trial Balance Consulting has been re-assigned by a successful engineering business to recruit a Payroll Manager. Joining their finance team initially on a 6-month basis, with potential to extend to 12 months, the role can be full or part-time. The successful candidate will work within a large, friendly, and experienced team, supported by an experienced payroll officer. Due to growth and exciting changes within the company, the Head of Finance and MD are eager to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager who can take ownership of the payroll process. A new accounts and payroll system is close to implementation; while you will not be solely responsible, your input on possible improvements will be valued.
