Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a popular Community Interest Company, well known for its many exciting projects and initiatives that benefit the local community. Our client is seeking a part‑time Bookkeeper (22.5 hours per week, with flexibility on how those hours are worked) to support their small and friendly finance function on an interim basis. The role is initially offered on a three‑month contract, with potential to extend. Based from their Redruth offices, with hybrid working available, this is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that makes a genuine difference.
Key responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping using Sage‑based systems
- Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Assisting with supplier payment runs
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Supporting with credit control
- General finance administration tasks as required
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with a solid grounding in both purchase and sales ledger, as well as broader finance administration. Candidates may be AAT part/fully qualified or QBE, with good all‑round IT skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑focused approach are essential.
