Our client operates in the charitable sector and has offices based in between Exeter and Exmouth. They have engaged Trial Balance to find a Finance Officer to work on a 20 hour per week basis in a role supporting the Head of Finance and offering a varied remit.

Your duties will be many and varied, to include ledger maintenance, reconciliations, liaising with multiple stakeholders, payroll, and assisting with the preparation of the management accounts.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong track record working in a similar role, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment. AAT qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential, and support can also be offered for ongoing studiers. Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with Sage would also be desirable.
