Reporting to a Head of Finance, this role will oversee an experienced finance team with a large focus on improving performance and developing the long-term strategy. Key responsibilities to include:
- Work with colleagues across all areas of the business to lead and influence where all aspects of finance are concerned
- Cashflow and budget setting, and reporting on each area of the business
- Assist with audit and year-end processes
- Produce comprehensive monthly management information with full commentary on financial performance
- Actively review and make improvements to existing systems and processes
- Develop, mentor and support a team of financial colleagues
Who we are looking for – We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and down-to-earth Financial Controller with a demonstrable history of success. You will be a qualified candidate (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track-record of effectively managing a team, with strong communication skills a must.
