An increase in demand for their services has led to a new vacancy for an experiencedClient Manager in their Barnstaple office, to join in what is a really exciting time for the business.
The main duties in this Client Manager position will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients and supporting them with their ongoing accounting, taxation and reporting requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and proactive relationships and providing practical advice and support
- Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax compliance work to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery
- Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions
- Working closely with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure client deadlines and service standards are consistently met
- Mentoring and developing junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback and technical support
- Identifying opportunities to add value to existing client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
This Client Manager role would be a great fit for an experienced accountantwith a strong background in an accountancy practice environment.
Whilst ACA or ACCA qualifications would be highly beneficial, applications are welcomed from candidates with strong experience in an accountancy practice environment.
