This successful and highly regarded accountancy practice is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior to join its established team in Bristol. As Accounts Semi Senior, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Assisting with personal and corporate tax returns
- Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments where required
- Working with a varied client portfolio and developing strong client relationships
- Responding to client queries and providing day-to-day accounting support
- Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Supporting junior colleagues and continuing to develop your own technical knowledge
The successful Accounts Semi Senior candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be looking for an opportunity where they can continue to build their skills and take on greater responsibility.
- AAT qualification or studies towards ACA or ACCA would be advantageous, although relevant practical experience will also be considered.
- Be organised, proactive and confident communicating with clients and colleagues, with a genuine ambition to progress within accountancy practice.
