This client is a well-respected and successful accountancy practice based in Taunton, who seek an Accountancy Practice Manager on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working arrangements are open to discussion, as well as a competitive salary and a healthy benefits package.
The role? Reporting in to the senior leadership team, you will be accountable for a portfolio of clients, mentoring and managing junior members of the team and managing workflow efficiently and effectively to meet client’s needs. This is a position which will play an important part in the continued success of the business.
The right fit? Your technical accounting skills will be excellent and up-to-date andyou will have achieved ACA or ACCA qualification,backed up with several years of accountancy practice experience. You will also need to display the interpersonal skills to interact with a varied client portfolio and the ability to fit in with a tight-knit and experienced team.
