As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:
- Preparing year-end accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
- Supporting the completion of personal and business tax returns
- Preparing and submitting VAT and CIS returns
- Working closely with clients to support their accounting and compliance requirements
- Providing guidance and training to clients using cloud-based accounting software
- Supporting colleagues across the wider accounts team and assisting with trainee development
The role would suit someone with:
- AAT Level 4 qualification
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
